career preparation
This program is best suited for learners who have a foundation
in commerce, accounting, or finance.
Strong analytical ability and willingness to work with
detailed financial data are important. Basic computer
skills are expected.
Note
Communication training is included as part of the
program, so prior experience is not mandatory.

Onboarding
Once selected, participants go through an onboarding orientation covering US GAAP basics, IRS fundamentals, and a clear overview of program expectations. This phase ensures everyone starts with the same context before moving into core training.
Core Training
The core training is delivered through weekly live or virtual sessions spread across 8–12 weeks. Learners are trained on:
- Individual and business tax forms (1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065)
- Deductions, credits, and compliance requirements
- Hands-on usage of CCH Axcess tax software
- Tax planning concepts and practical application
Sessions include real-world case studies and guided practice returns to build accuracy and confidence.
Practical Application
In the mid-to-late stages of the program, learners work on projects that simulate actual firm workflows. This includes:
- E-filing diagnostics
- Client-based scenarios
- Accuracy checks with a target of 90%+
- Weekly assessments through exams, peer reviews, and return evaluations
Capstone & Certification
The final phase includes:
- Mock interviews
- Portfolio building
